Fun in the Sun

Recently I had the opportunity of experiencing a tour at Casa Privada with Klaudia & Rafe Nabialek.  These two are exceptional Canadians involved in real estate here in Costa Rica. Casa Privada is such an amazing villa, that they brought their family back for a party. We decided it was the perfect house for families and get-togethers or parties for all ages.

The Casa Privada experience is very different from what meets the eye. When you look at this beautiful home, you will see a contemporary home nestled in nature like a bird’s nest. You can’t really see the full extent of the beautiful house until you go in and experience each room.

Klaudia exclaimed to me, “This would be the perfect house for my family! There are three rooms with three private bathrooms downstairs and a powder room by the pool. Each room has a private view and there’s even an exercise area. My family and friends would love this! And the ping-pong room is so great!”

So, we did in fact have a ping pong party.  The ping-pong room is indoor and outdoor but always covered and even has shades for rain and sun. Kids and adults would love hanging out in this area for an evening or a day.

After ping pong we went to the pool and the kids, actually, everyone, had the ultimate splash fest.

The sun was shining, and the water and the view from the infinity pool was so perfect! 

Casa Privada is a party waiting to happen – great for families and friends.

This villa is also wonderful when you want to relax after all the fun.
